Girls Director - Sue Weber

INTENSE SOCCER ACADEMY ("ISA") is blessed to have former women’s WPS star and all american SUE WEBER (now known by her married name Sue Alber) as the director of youth development for the ISA Girls Academy program.  Since Sue has taken over, ISA has climbed to new heights.  In Sue’s first year and a half, her ISA girls have shown tremendous progress.  In 3 out of 4 ages groups that Sue is coaching, her teams have convincingly won their league title, and the 4th team was 1 1/2 games out of the title.  While the emphasis has been on developing technical players and working towards an ISA gamestyle (a style of play), her competitive thirst and fire has propelled her girls to impressive results.  Sue also donates a significant amount of time to preparing ISA’s college bound players for their first college season with a rigorous summer program.
