INTENSE SOCCER ACADEMY - Training

In addition to our skills development camps and clinics, the Intense Soccer Academy (ISA) provides training and coaching services to teams of all ages and abilities. Whether your team aspires to become the next national champion or simply enjoys playing recreationally, we can provide you with the appropriate trainer to meet your teams needs and requirements. Moreover, we have a wide variety of team training programs from which you can choose and there is tremendous flexibility in defining and customizing the program specifically for your team. Here are the options available and how the process works:

Option #1 - Session by Session Training:
1. Contact ISA by email or phone and express interest regarding our team training program.
2. Discuss what needs and requirements your team has in terms of (a) the frequency of training sessions per week that you would require an ISA trainer, (b) the trainers expected commitment and participation level at games and tournaments, and (c) the substantive soccer objectives that your team wishes to achieve during the course of your engagement of ISA's training services.
3. Depending on the responses given to the questions in step #2, ISA will then determine what trainers fit your teams and needs and are also available.
4. If a match has been made, ISA will then meet with the team's coach and set forth a training curriculum that will best approach meeting the teams objectives in light of the time constraints, frequency of training and abilities of the players.
5. Fees range from $100-$150 per session, and are to be made payable to ISA.

For players and teams that would like a full time commitment from ISA, which means having an ISA staff member perform all coaching and training functions (other than administrative or managerial tasks), we offer an extremely comprehensive program. There is a flat rate fee charged to the team that is all inclusive of soccer training and coaching charges for the entire seasonal year (excluding travel expenses, hotels, airfare, etc). Here are some details:
1. Training Frequency: 2-3 sessions per week.
2. Matches: An ISA staff member will coach and interact with players at all matches, tournaments and events
3. Curriculum: Individual technical skills training, group tactics, physical performance enhancement, and the nurturing of the psychological aspects of competitive youth sports. Our skills program is second to none and is proven effective in preparing players for the technical demands required at the next level. Whether its working with the speed ladder, the rubber cords, running on the beach in the summer, or doing soccer specific plyo-metrics, each of your players will be getting the opportunities to develop their physical qualities and therefore improve their overall performance.
