ADVISORY COMMITTEE

INTENSE SOCCER ACADEMY is fortunate to have the members of its advisory committee. The advisory committee consists of soccer professionals, business professionals, parents of ISA graduates, parents of present ISA members, as well as persons holding advanced collegiate degrees in education and psychology. All of the members of the advisory committee are non-paid volunteers who are, from time to time, called upon to advise the Director in managing the ISA program.

GOALKEEPER COACHES

All of our goalkeepers are professionally trained by Peter Shank’s Excel Goalkeeping school and Kurt Kelly of KK Athletics. Training for our goalkeepers is part of our regular curriculum, and goalkeepers of all ages are provided with an opportunity to train with each other.

ASSOCIATE, AFFILIATE & VISITING STAFF

In addition to the Staff members listed below, INTENSE SOCCER ACADEMY often hires and retains the services of associate, affiliated and visiting staff members. All staff members are, however, provided with the ISA Coaches Handbook and required to carry out the educational and developmental philosophy and curriculum of the INTENSE SOCCER ACADEMY.

STAFF

All trainers hired by the Intense Soccer Academy are compelled to complete and satisfy background checks conducted by Intense Soccer Academy, including the requisite Eastern New York Risk Management application.

To provide our members with additional levels of professionalism and assurance, all staff engaged by ISA as either an independent contractor or employee are required to join the NSCAA membership which provides such staff members with additional insurance coverage.  Furthermore, ISA's professionals are licensed and insured.
