Ron Alber of the INTENSE SOCCER ACADEMY girls academy program, HBC INTENSE, has been hired as the Director of Player Identification for the Long Island Rough Riders USL W league team.  In Ron's capacity he will regularly observe and evaluate players for promotion to the Long Island Rough Riders U20 and Womens W league team.  This is a tremendous opportunity which provides ISA players with the opportunity to take their game to the next level.
